Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager for the Back Shift at our Birtley depot. You will lead a sizeable team of warehouse operatives, ensuring safe picking and packing practices while coaching the team to improve results week on week.

The role is 39 hours per week, full-time and permanent, with a 2pm–10pm shift. You will collaborate with internal partners and manage workload to meet deadlines, while championing policies and standards across the operation.

Qualifications

• Previously managed a sizeable team, preferably from a logistics or FMCG background.
• Ability to work at pace with accuracy and meeting targets.
• Strong understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.

Warehouse Team Manager - Back Shift

£32,200 - £39,560 per annum plus great benefits

Back shift - 2pm - 10pm

39 hours per week, full time, permanent

5 days over 7 including weekends

Birtley CDC, Unit 2 Drum Park, Drum Industrial Estate, Chester-le-Street, DH2 1AE

We're looking for a warehouse team manager to join our team in the Birtley depot.

You'll be responsible for a sizeable team of warehouse operatives, making sure that all products are picked and packed in a safe and secure manner. We'll look for you to engage with your team; leading and coaching them to deliver better results week on week, along with making sure that they adhere to working standards, policies and procedures.
