Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager for the Night Shift at our Coventry depot. You will lead a sizeable team of warehouse operatives, ensuring safe and accurate picking and packing while meeting deadlines.

You will coach and engage the team, drive health and safety standards, analyse performance data, and collaborate with internal partners to improve processes. The role is 39 hours, nights 10pm–6am, five days over seven with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previously managed a sizeable team, preferably from a logistics or FMCG background.
• The ability to work at pace and accuracy.
• A great track record of reaching and exceeding critical performance measures.
• An understanding and great knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Great planning skills and able to organise your own and team’s workload.
• An understanding of how poor service can impact stores and customers.
• Strong and confident communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills.

£31,050 - £34,500 plus 25% night shift premium plus great benefits

Night shift - 10pm - 6am

39 hours per week, full time, permanent

5 days over 7 including weekends

Location: Coop NDC Coventry, Central Boulevard, Prologis Park, Coventry CV6 4BX

We're looking for a warehouse team manager to join our team in the Coventry depot.

You’ll be responsible for a sizeable team of warehouse operatives, making sure that all products are picked and packed in a safe and secure manner. We’ll look for you to engage with your team; leading and coaching them to deliver better results week on week, along with making sure that they adhere to working standards, policies and procedures.
