Mk Rec Training Limited is seeking an IVA Advisor to work closely with clients to understand their financial position, discuss income and expenditure, and propose the most suitable debt solution. You will handle inbound enquiries with empathy and guide clients toward informed outcomes.

Responsibilities include accurately capturing income/expenditure, reviewing each case, meeting individual and team targets, and maintaining high telephone standards in a supportive, client-first environment.

Job description

As an IVA Advisor, you will work closely with clients to gain a full understanding of their financial position. This will involve detailed conversations around income, expenditure, and outstanding debts, allowing you to provide informed, responsible advice and recommend the most appropriate debt solution for each individual.
