Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an experienced Reactive Civils Supervisor to oversee drainage and civils works across the South of England. This hands-on leadership role will manage site teams and subcontractors, coordinating resources and ensuring delivery to programme while maintaining safety standards.

The role acts as the key link between site operations and management, with responsibilities including health & safety compliance, quality control and participation in an out-of-hours standby rota.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising civils, drainage, or utilities projects.
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and site compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Street Works (Operative or Supervisor)
• Confined Space
• EUSR Modules 1-5
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Oversee drainage and civils works across the region.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors, coordinating resources.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and site standards.
• Drive delivery of reactive works and serve as the link to management.
