RTL Group Ltd is seeking a General Foreman to lead drainage and structures works on civil engineering sites in the UK. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and plant, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme and to specification.

You will coordinate labour, plant and materials, monitor quality and progress, and liaise with Site Management and Engineers to solve on-site challenges. A strong background in drainage and structures, plus CSCS Gold and SMSTS/SSSTS, is required.

Qualifications

• Previous General Foreman experience in civil engineering.
• Strong drainage and structures experience.
• Gold CSCS Card.
• SMSTS/SSSTS.
• First Aid.
