Job summary

Glanville Environmental, based in Exeter, is seeking a Civils Drainage Supervisor to lead reactive maintenance projects from our Exeter depot. You will oversee day-to-day team management, coordinate logistics, and ensure safety and compliance on wastewater infrastructure sites in the South West.

You will report to the Project Manager and manage direct labour and supply chain partners, while maintaining accurate site documentation and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site management within wastewater infrastructure or utilities.
• Computer literate with ability to manage documentation and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise safe delivery of civils/utilities works on drainage networks.
• Assist in project planning and resource allocation with Project Manager.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and audits; maintain detailed reports and records.
• Ensure compliance with PUWER, LOLER, RAMS, CDM and temporary works documentation.
