Evening, weekend and bank holiday working is included, and the post is hybrid. No prior care experience is required as full training is provided.

• Satisfactory DBS check.
• Satisfactory references.

Responsibilities

• Support people in their own homes for a short period to help them reach their full potential.
• Manage daily living skills, including personal care and meal preparation.
• Set clear, achievable goals to help people rebuild their former independence.
• Build confidence to sustain independent living at home and in the community.
• Support meal preparation; possible medication management.
• Support people with dignity and compassion while promoting their independence.
