United Response is seeking a Female Relief Support Worker to provide person-centered care across Alfreton, Ilkeston and Heanor in Derbyshire. The role is a zero-hour contract with weekend work and potential sleep-ins.

You will support daily living activities, accompany individuals to appointments, and utiliza a digital Nourish app to access care plans. Candidates should hold a Full UK driving licence and be committed to empowering people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the people we support and help with day‑to‑day routines according to personal support plans.
• Assist with dressing, personal care, finances, medication and attending appointments.
• Support employment, volunteering and hobbies as part of daily activities.
