North East Combined Authority's Reablement Support team is seeking dedicated Support Workers to help customers in North Tyneside regain independence through hands-on care and tailored support plans.

You will assist with personal care, nutrition, safety at home, and medication support, collaborating with families to adapt plans as progress is made, and benefiting from guaranteed hours, uniform, travel time, and ongoing training.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on care and support to customers in their own homes across North Tyneside.
• Work with personalised support plans to enable customers to regain independence.
• Assist with personal care, nutrition, home safety, and medication support as needed.
