Altogether Care Llp is seeking Reablement Workers to deliver in-home reablement support across South Devon and surrounding areas. You will empower clients to regain independence, working closely with families and professionals in the clients' own homes.

The role offers flexible hours (morning/evening, full-time or part-time, including every other weekend) with competitive hourly pay (£13.80–£14.30). Full induction, ongoing training, mileage allowance and wellbeing benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support work is welcome but not essential; full training provided.
• A caring, proactive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Ability to drive and work flexibly across the community in people’s own homes.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with clients, families and other professionals to deliver reablement support.
• Help clients regain independence and confidence in daily living.
• Empower clients to make choices and achieve personal goals.
• Provide physical and emotional support and encourage participation in daily living tasks.
