Delta Wellbeing Ltd is seeking a Reablement Support Worker in Wales to help older adults regain independence at home. You will be trained fully and supported by a dedicated team, delivering compassionate care and enabling safe, person-centred support.

Role offers a real difference via structured training, supportive supervision, and opportunities to grow within a large care organisation.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Able to communicate with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as helping with bathing, dressing and toilet needs.
• Meal preparation for service users.
• Administer medications as required under guidance.
• Support rehabilitation and activities to regain independence.
