Job Description:
Job information Reablement Support Worker from the Company Pembrokeshire County Council, located in Pembrokeshire, United Kingdom. This job vacancy is open to job seekers with a GCSE education.
Job Responsibility:
Grade 4 - £23,114 for 35 hours per week. We are recruiting due to retirement and would love to hear from you if you want a career supporting individuals to regain their skills and independence following acute illness or injury.

This involves activities of daily living such as personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and medication. The service is led by Occupational Therapists, and you would deliver client-centered, goal-oriented support and interventions.

We offer block pay, a two-week rolling rota, and a shift pattern of 7:30am-1pm and 5pm-9:30pm, 7 days a week. You will be supplied with a uniform, work phone, travel allowance or work van, and ongoing training.

Requirements: NVQ 2 is required, but full training will be given if you don't have it. You will need to register with Social Care Wales for this post.
