About the Role

Join our dynamic Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) Reporting team as we transform our forecasting, budgeting, analytics, and planning capabilities. We’re looking for a passionate professional to join our Reporting Centre of Excellence (RCoE) where you’ll play a key role in driving transformation and helping shape the future of FP&A and Reporting across the business while becoming a subject matter expert in both business processes and technical implementations.

This exciting opportunity combines financial expertise with technical innovation, requiring someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and can navigate ambiguity with confidence.

Role Responsibilities
  • Drive and support FP&A transformation projects from evaluation through implementation, testing, and delivery
  • Develop comprehensive user documentation and facilitate engaging end-user training sessions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating across departments to streamline processes and resolve technical challenges
  • Optimize technical solutions in SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan, HFM, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting tools
  • Support the Carlsberg Britvic integration, ensuring seamless execution of both system and business requirements
  • Analyze complex data structures and transform large datasets to deliver actionable insights
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively manage expectations and workload
Experience and Key Attributes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, Power Query, and data modeling
  • Demonstrated experience in project work with a proven track record of successful delivery
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a talent for connecting systems and ideas effectively
  • Strong understanding of data structures and experience managing large, complex datasets
  • Ability to work independently while efficiently supporting management objectives
  • Commitment to continuous improvement with meticulous attention to detail
  • Finance experience or accounting qualifications highly valued (part-qualified accountant status desirable)
