Job summary

OCS Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major RC Frame project in Luton for a well-established specialist contractor. You will be responsible for delivering safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

You will manage site teams, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, coordinate with client and commercial teams, and drive progress while maintaining health, safety and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven RC Frame project delivery experience.
• Engineering background with construction knowledge.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.

Responsibilities

• Overall management and delivery of the RC Frame project.
• Managing site teams, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Planning and programming works to achieve milestones.
• Monitoring project costs and performance with the commercial team.
• Managing client relationships and attending progress meetings.
• Ensuring works meet health, safety, and quality requirements.
• Coordinating works across trades and stakeholders.
• Identifying and resolving project issues efficiently.
• Providing regular progress updates to senior management.
