Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Senior Site Manager for a large RC Frame residential project in Bedfordshire. You will oversee RC Frame works, manage labour and subcontractors, and drive on-site programming to keep the project on track for completion in 2028.

The role requires hands-on site leadership, coordination with clients and consultants, and a track record on multi-storey RC Frame schemes valued around £5m+. CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior Site Manager with RC Frame experience on large residential schemes.
• Experience managing £5m+ RC Frame packages and multi-storey projects.
• Experience assisting design and programming prior to works.

Responsibilities

• Manage site labour and sub-contractors and the construction programme.
• Liaise with client and consultants; chair progress meetings.
