Job summary

RTL Group Ltd in Luton is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a long-term RC Frame construction project, with an immediate start. You will lead on-site delivery, coordinating teams, subcontractors and client interfaces to ensure timely, safe and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong RC Frame expertise, PM experience in construction, and the ability to manage programmes, budgets and risks while maintaining open communication with the project team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Strong RC Frame experience is essential.
• Experience working for a subcontractor is preferred.
• Knowledge of RC Frame construction, sequencing and delivery.
• Familiarity with construction programmes and project management processes.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for delivering the project successfully.
• Manage day-to-day construction activities and site operations.
• Plan, programme and coordinate works to keep on programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and suppliers.
• Liaise with client, consultants, engineers and project team.
• Monitor progress against programme and address delays.
• Review drawings, specifications and construction information.
• Manage project documentation and site records.
• Ensure works meet quality standards and safety requirements.
• Attend client and project team meetings.
• Assist with commercial and contractual matters.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep the project moving.
