Job summary

RTL Group Ltd in Luton is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a long-term RC Frame construction project, with an immediate start. You will lead on-site delivery, coordinating teams, subcontractors and client interfaces to ensure timely, safe and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong RC Frame expertise, PM experience in construction, and the ability to manage programmes, budgets and risks while maintaining open communication with the project team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Strong RC Frame experience is essential.
• Experience working for a subcontractor is preferred.
• Knowledge of RC Frame construction, sequencing and delivery.
• Familiarity with construction programmes and project management processes.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are advantageous.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a long-term construction project in Luton, with an immediate start available.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in RC Frame construction, ideally having worked for a specialist RC Frame or construction subcontractor. You will be responsible for overseeing the project from the early stages through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project
• Managing the day-to-day construction activities and site operations
• Planning, programming and coordinating works to ensure the project remains on programme

• Liaising closely with the client, consultants, engineers and wider project team

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Project Manager within the construction industry
• Strong RC Frame experience is essential
• Previous experience working for a subcontractor is required
• Solid understanding of RC Frame construction, sequencing and project delivery
• Strong knowledge of construction programmes and project management processes
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• Relevant construction qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid would be advantageous
