Qualifications

• Experience of clerical support and office management.
• Knowledge of relevant IT systems.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage rosters and timesheets.
• Maintain accurate systems, databases and records.
• Open and close work orders.
• Support assessment-in-line process and filing systems.
• Ensure confidentiality and safety-critical documentation.
