Govia Thameslink Railway Ltd. is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant for Grange Park on a part-time basis. You will play a key role at the station, helping customers find the right tickets and delivering outstanding service with a friendly, can-do attitude.

The role requires local residence and reliable transport for early shifts, with shifts spanning weekends. You'll work in a busy Ticket Office, engage with customers, and support teammates to ensure smooth journeys.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in managing customers effectively in challenging environments.
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of numerical ability.
• Must live in the local area with independent transport for early shifts.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on in the Ticket Office, helping customers choose the right ticket and delivering excellent service to new and regular customers.
• Provide consistent customer service on shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
• Assist customers where necessary and support colleagues in a busy station environment.
