Job summary

Amulet is recruiting for a security role to enforce railway bye-laws at a nominated station, providing a visible presence to deter fare evasion and help keep staff and passengers safe. You will work 40 hours per week on a 4-on/2-off pattern (9 hours per day) across early and late shifts, on a 16-week fixed-term contract.

An SIA door supervisor licence and enhanced police vetting are required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication with the public
• Ability to de-escalate tense situations
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Enforce railway bye-laws at the designated station
• Deter tailgating, ticketless travel and other prohibited behaviours
• Support safeguarding of staff and passengers
• Provide a visible security presence and respond to incidents
