Job summary

Amulet in Woolwich is seeking a Security & Enforcement Team Lead to supervise a patrol team at designated stations, ensuring passenger safety and compliance with railway by-laws. The role involves a visible presence and reducing fare evasion.

You will work on a 4 on 2 off shift pattern, 9-hour days, 40 hours per week, on a 16-week fixed-term contract. SIA door supervisor licence and enhanced vetting required.

Qualifications

• SIA door supervisor licence required.
• Enhanced police vetting required.
• 5-year checkable history for vetting purposes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the security team at the location.
• Challenge ticketless travel and fare evasion.
• Enforce railway bye-laws and safety procedures.
• Maintain high standards of service and compliance.
• Ensure officers follow company policies and railway procedures.
