Ferrovial Construction is recruiting for a Design Assurance & CDM Lead to support the HS2 Track programme within the Rail Systems Alliance. You will coordinate design risk, health & safety by design and CDM compliance across multiple design partners and interfaces from concept through detailed design.

The role emphasizes governance, collaboration, and continuous improvement of design management procedures to ensure safety and regulatory compliance across a major rail infrastructure project.

Formación

• Experience supporting design management and multidisciplinary engineering coordination.
• Experience coordinating CDM and Principal Designer support within major infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of design risk management principles and risk register administration.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.

Responsabilidades

• Support design assurance and engineering governance across the Rail Systems Alliance.
• Coordinate design reviews, assurance workshops and multidisciplinary technical forums.
• Support management of design risks, interfaces and alliance procedures.
• Coordinate Safe by Design and Health & Safety by Design activities across design disciplines.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with CDM and related regulations across the project.
