Job summary

Ferrovial Agroman SA seeks a Rail Systems Lead Designer Coordinator to join the HS2 Track project in the UK. This role focuses on design risk management, CDM compliance, and facilitating collaboration among project stakeholders.

The successful candidate will ensure safety and health considerations are integrated throughout the design process, support design assurance and governance activities, and promote risk elimination principles. Experience in design management within major infrastructure projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting design management or multidisciplinary engineering coordination activities.
• Strong understanding of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
• Previous experience in a similar role with aligned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support design assurance and governance across the Rail Systems Alliance.
• Coordinate design reviews and workshops.
• Facilitate collaboration between Design Partners and project stakeholders.
