Carlisle Support Services is hiring for Train Station Security Officers to join our team at major UK rail sites. The role offers full training, career development, and a competitive hourly rate, with shifts across five days in seven.

You will be protecting passengers and property, delivering courteous assistance, and supporting trusted brands on our roster. Successful candidates will have SIA guarding or door supervision credentials, be 18+ and able to pass checks and vetting.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in a licensable role.
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence.
• 5 years checkable work and address history.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible and smart in appearance.
• Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Perform duties on a client-led operational roster with flexible business needs.
• Conduct security searches of a train station.
• Support the TravelSafe initiative for Merseyrail.
• Respond to, manage and contain security incidents per company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist passengers, with emphasis on vulnerable customers.
• Safeguard vulnerable passengers until handed to authorities.
• Strive to meet KPIs by fostering a high-performance culture.
• Carry out high-visibility patrols for passengers and staff on the rail network.
• Record information accurately ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policy at all times.
