Carlisle Support Services seeks enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our security team. This full-time role involves patrolling and protecting points of access, providing a proactive security presence and exceptional customer service. Full training is provided, and progression opportunities are available.

All shifts run from Liverpool Central Station with a rotating schedule. A competitive hourly rate of £15.46, pension, health plans and additional benefits are included in the package.

Qualifications

• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence is required.
• 5 years of verifiable work and address history.

Responsabilités

• Ensure colleague safety and provide a visible security presence.
• Respond to incidents and contain situations per company standards.
• Conduct security patrols and control access/egress to deter crime.
• Engage with the public in a professional and helpful manner.
• Work as part of a team and follow safety procedures.
• Be flexible with shifts and travel to site as needed.
