Job summary

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is seeking a motivated Project Manager in Liverpool to lead rail station improvement and Access for All schemes from concept to handover. You will coordinate design, engineering, planning and commercial teams while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with rail standards.

You will report to a Senior Project Manager within a growing framework, contributing to a diverse project portfolio and long-term client partnerships in a dynamic rail

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in an engineering, construction, project management, or related discipline.
• Experience delivering rail station improvement projects and/or Access for All schemes.
• Understanding of project delivery within a rail environment, from design through to construction and handover.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of rail station improvement and Access for All schemes from concept and design through to construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Support the successful delivery of either a large-scale project or multiple smaller projects within the framework portfolio.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including design, engineering, planning, and commercial functions, to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, programme, cost, quality, and risk, ensuring delivery aligns with client and business expectations.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and delivery partners.
