Morgan Sindall is seeking a motivated Site Engineer in Liverpool to support rail and civil engineering schemes from design through to construction. You will collaborate with experienced teams to deliver safe, high-quality work while developing technical capability and progressing professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil/rail infrastructure projects is required.
• Knowledge of setting out techniques and surveying equipment is essential.
• Understanding QA/QC processes within construction is expected.
• Experience supporting day-to-day delivery and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong health and safety awareness on construction sites.
• Ability to communicate effectively with site teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of rail and civil engineering projects from design through to completion.
• Conduct setting out activities and ensure works meet design requirements.
• Assist with QA/QC processes, including inspections and record keeping.
• Support health, safety and environmental standards on site.
• Assist with day-to-day management and coordination of construction activities.
• Work with Site Managers, Senior Engineers and subcontractors for efficient delivery.
• Monitor site progress and assist with planning and problem solving.
• Support management of supply chain partners and subcontractors.
• Ensure engineering and assurance documentation is completed and kept up to date.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities on site.
