Job summary

APCOA PARKING UK is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead the Rail Parking operations from Three Bridges, covering multiple sites in the Southern network. You will ensure high-quality service, customer focus and site standards.

You will supervise frontline teams, plan rosters, onboard new staff and work with the Contract Manager to maintain safe, reliable operations. Regular travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor/Team Leader/senior operational leadership role.
• UK manual driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Experience motivating frontline teams and supporting performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation and performance of defined sites, owning service delivery and KPIs.
• Coach and develop Civil Enforcement Officers; conduct performance reviews and attendance management.
• Plan rosters and leave to maintain contract coverage; onboard new colleagues.
• Conduct site visits to maintain high standards of service and customer experience.
• Support shift planning, cover, and operational requirements; resolve challenges with Contract Manager.
• Ensure safety, professionalism, and adherence to company standards; manage customer enquiries.
