Job summary

WSP is seeking a Public Health Design Team Leader (Associate/Associate Director) in Rail to lead PH and Fire services design for station projects across the UK. The role combines technical leadership with line management of a 15+ engineers team in the UK and overseas.

You'll review designs to meet regulations and standards, coordinate with project leads, attend client meetings, and guide delivery from early concept through construction, with hybrid working across London and Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Proven record of PH and Fire systems design on major rail projects.
• Experience leading a 15+ engineers team.
• Knowledge of Bentley Microstation, RevitMEP and AutoCAD workflows.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and British Standards.
• Ability to conduct site visits during construction stages.
