Job summary

Network Rail is looking for a maintenance operative based at Barnetby Le Wold to support daily rail network upkeep. You will work outdoors in a small team, delivering safe and efficient maintenance for passengers and freight users.

The role emphasizes transferable skills, safety, and training to perform tasks on the network. A NVQ1 or equivalent is preferred, and full-time permanent employment with generous benefits accompanies this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Able to work as part of a team and contribute to safe operations.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Competencies relevant to the post must be held or developed as needed.
• Ideally hold (or be working towards) an NVQ1 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
