RTS Infrastructure Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site delivery of rail and infrastructure projects from its Leeds base. The role will involve coordinating project teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to high standards.

A future travel requirement across the UK is expected with a company vehicle once regular national travel is needed.

Formación

• Relevant construction/engineering qualification required (HNC/HND/degree or equivalent).
• Proven track record delivering construction or infrastructure worksites.
• Experience coordinating site teams, subcontractors and resources.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, quality and environmental requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safe and efficient delivery of rail and infrastructure projects on site.
• Plan project timescales, resources and budgets with Project/Construction Managers.
• Direct site activities and supervise contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment for on-time delivery.
• Produce HSQE documentation and maintain document control.
