Arriva Group's RTS Infrastructure arm is recruiting a Site Manager to oversee rail and infrastructure projects from Leeds-based sites, with the potential UK-wide travel as projects expand. You will supervise site teams, regulate safety processes and ensure on-time delivery to client specs.

The role requires strong leadership, health and safety focus, and collaboration with Project Managers and Construction Managers to optimise timescales and budgets on each site.

Competenze

• Relevant HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience coordinating site teams, subcontractors and project resources.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements within a construction environment.

Mansioni

• Oversee the safe and efficient delivery of rail and infrastructure projects on site.
• Plan project timescales, resources and budgets with Project Managers and Construction Managers.
• Direct and supervise site teams, contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure all site activities comply with industry standards, regulations and company procedures.
• Produce HSQE documentation and promote a positive safety culture.
