RTS Infrastructure, part of Arriva Group, is seeking an experienced Site Manager in Leeds to lead the safe delivery of rail infrastructure projects on site. You will coordinate project timelines, resources and budgets while directing site teams and contractors to meet high standards of quality and safety.

The role requires traveling across the UK for larger projects as needed and involves managing HSQE documentation, site logistics and stakeholder communications.

Competenze

• HNC/HND or degree in construction/engineering.
• Experience managing construction or infrastructure worksites.
• Experience coordinating site teams and subcontractors.

Mansioni

• Oversee the safe and efficient delivery of rail and infrastructure projects on site.
• Plan project timescales, resources and budgets with Project Managers and Construction Managers.
• Direct and supervise site teams, contractors and subcontractors.
• Produce or coordinate HSQE documentation including Construction Phase Plans and permits.
• Promote a positive health, safety, quality and environmental culture on site.
• Provide progress updates to Project Managers and stakeholders.
