Job summary

RTS Infrastructure Ltd, part of Arriva Group, is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead multiple railway depot and infrastructure projects from inception to completion at Holbeck Depot, Leeds. You will drive safe, on-time delivery within budget, mentoring teams and ensuring compliance with CDM and quality standards.

You will build strong client and supplier relationships, oversee planning and resources, and guide MSc teams through complex project lifecycles, while supporting bid activity

Qualifications

• Senior construction management experience within rail, infrastructure, depot or major construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and health & safety controls.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the delivery of railway depot and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Oversee project planning, resources and delivery strategies across portfolios.
• Review plans and programmes to identify and manage risks.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead reviews and capture lessons learned for improvement.
• Develop relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Act as senior operational contact for clients during delivery.
• Support tenders, bids and client engagement opportunities.
• Represent the business at client meetings and project forums.
• Provide leadership to Construction Managers, Site Managers and project teams.
