Job summary

RTS Infrastructure, part of Arriva Group, is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead a portfolio of railway depot and infrastructure projects at Holbeck Depot in Leeds. You’ll drive safety, quality and performance, manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects from inception through to completion.

You will oversee planning, resource allocation and performance across projects, mentor teams, support recruitment, and maintain strong client and supplier relationships in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Qualified in construction management with relevant certification.
• Experience in rail, infrastructure, depot or major construction environments.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and health and safety controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the successful delivery of railway depot and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with requirements.
• Oversee planning, resource allocation and delivery strategies across multiple projects.
• Review project plans and programmes to identify risks and drive mitigation.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.
• Lead project reviews, capture lessons learned and implement improvements.
• Develop relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Lead workforce planning to maximise efficiency and resource utilisation.
