Pro Rail Services Ltd. is recruiting Site Supervisors/Site Managers to oversee works across the UK and Ireland. The role centres on delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and environmental requirements, while building strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have extensive railway experience, CSCS/Safety certifications, and a proven track record of managing on-site teams and safety compliance. UK-wide travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years post-qualification experience in construction.
• 7 years railway industry experience.
• CSCS card and SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications are required.
• NR Medical and Drugs & Alcohol compliance as part of site safety.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, environmental, drugs & alcohol, and refusal-to-work policies.
• Managing on-site personnel and ensuring safe and responsible workforce activities.
• Planning, communicating, and overseeing tasks for smooth execution.
• Reviewing Work Package Plans and risk assessments for site operations.
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring equipment certifications are current.
• Reporting accidents, incidents and near misses to the Principal Contractor and Managing Director.
• Providing coverage for other Supervisors as directed by the Project/Construction Manager
