Job summary

Randstad CPE London is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join a newly forming team in Tunbridge Wells, delivering diverse infrastructure projects across Kent, Surrey and Sussex. This permanent role offers a competitive salary and benefits in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience on large capital programmes and NEC contracts preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and benchmark costs across projects.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning and estimation across the full lifecycle of projects.
• Gathering and analysing data to define client and stakeholder needs.
• Producing analysis and benchmarking reports to promote value for money.
• Championing innovation and cross-functional collaboration for continuous improvement.
• Supporting or leading development of tools that integrate data and unit cost outputs.
• Administering contracts to maintain commercial control and compliance.
