Job summary

Siemens Mobility is recruiting for Construction Managers to lead rail infrastructure construction projects. You will manage construction activities from planning through to installation, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, quality, cost and performance targets are met while maintaining strong relationships with customers and contractors.

This safety-critical role requires a pre-employment medical assessment and a proven track record in rail or civil engineering construction, with IRSE

Qualifications

Proven experience leading rail construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of project controls: planning, budgeting and risk management.
Excellent communication and negotiation to coordinate customers, suppliers and teams.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of construction and installation activities on rail projects.
Manage project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to meet safety, quality and cost targets.
Drive planning, budgeting, reporting and change control throughout the lifecycle.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders on site.
