Job summary

Siemens Mobility in the United Kingdom seeks a safety-critical signalling delivery specialist to lead installation and construction works across rail projects. Qualifications

Proven signalling installation and construction experience in rail environments.
IRSE licence and Construction Site Safety competence.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience planning and managing resources (labour, plant, materials).
Willingness to travel and work away from home depot when required.

Responsibilities

Lead the safe delivery of signalling installation and construction works, ensure safety culture and regulatory compliance.
Drive programme delivery to meet timescales, quality and budget.
Coordinate signalling installation activities with supervisors and project teams.
Plan and optimise resources and materials for project readiness.
Develop site teams to ensure competent and safety-conscious performance.
Support project governance, reporting, and issue resolution.
