Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking Engineering Managers to lead the technical delivery of rail engineering projects across the UK and overseas. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, engage clients and stakeholders, and champion health and safety on your projects.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in engineering management, especially in railway design, and will mentor aspiring engineers while ensuring project excellence. A hybrid working model and numerous benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• A track record of successfully delivering multi‑disciplinary projects as an Engineering Manager.
• Strong experience in at least one area of the full project lifecycle.
• Understanding of railway standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Instill a strong safety culture within the delivery team.
