Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is looking for enthusiastic Project Managers to join their Rail Engineering Services team. In this role, you will lead the management and delivery of diverse rail engineering projects across the UK and internationally. The successful candidate will ensure project delivery by coordinating multi-disciplinary technical teams and managing client relationships.

Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant discipline and a proven track record in project management, with technical knowledge in rail being preferable. WSP offers a supportive culture that values flexibility and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A track record of successfully managing and delivering multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong experience in at least one area of the full project lifecycle from feasibility to implementation.
• Understanding of CSM, CDM and other health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate technical teams for project delivery.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve outcomes.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to aspiring project managers.
