Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience leading multidisciplinary rail design across feasibility to detailed design.
- Experience as CEM-D/CEM with governance and coordination of CREs.
- Familiarity with Network Rail design assurance processes and NR/L2/RSE/02009.
- Chartered Engineer with appropriate professional engineering institution.
- Strong client and stakeholder relationships with mentoring ability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and integrate multidisciplinary design delivery across complex UK rail projects.
- Coordinate engineering activities, interfaces, risk and design reviews.
- Support bids with technical methodologies, programmes and resources.
- Mentor Design Managers, CEMs and CREs, strengthening design management capability.
