Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of railway operations and control room processes.
- Proven leadership and management capabilities in a rail environment.
- Experience with maintenance planning and depot interfaces is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the control room on a shift basis, ensuring safe, efficient operations.
- Lead and develop the Maintenance Controllers and Inspectors.
- Plan fleet maintenance and depot interactions to meet KPIs.
- Coordinate with maintenance depots and external personnel as required.
- Maintain control room records and KPI reporting.
