Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of railway operations.
• Technical understanding of traction and rolling stock.
• Strong leadership and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead control room operations and support teams on shift.
• Plan fleet maintenance, servicing and cleaning for Class 800 fleets.
• Coordinate maintenance depots and inspections.
• Produce short/long term maintenance plans aligned with KPIs.
• Maintain records in control room systems and train diagnostics.
