Job summary

Teamforce Labour is seeking an experienced PTS Civils Site Supervisor for a long-term rail project with a start date of Monday 12th October. You will supervise civils works on site and coordinate site operatives to maintain safety and productivity.

Requirements include a valid PTS, SSSTS or SMSTS, and a valid CSCS card, with proven rail civils supervision experience and strong health and safety knowledge. The rate is negotiable and the position offers long-term stability.

Qualifications

• Valid PTS certification.
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Experience supervising civils on rail projects.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civils works on site.
• Manage site operatives and ensure safe, efficient completion.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specifications and programme.
• Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks and inductions.
• Ensure RAMS are understood and followed.
• Monitor health and safety and site procedures compliance.
• Coordinate plant, labour and materials to maintain productivity.
• Liaise with Site Management, Engineers and contractors.
• Carry out quality checks and ensure standard.
• Maintain accurate site records and report progress to management.
