Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking an experienced PTS Site Engineer for a long-term rail infrastructure project in West London. The role involves leading on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring quality compliance, and upholding Network Rail standards under a Principal Contractor framework.

The candidate must hold a valid PTS ticket and be willing to work the day and night shifts, including weekend possession windows as required by the project schedule.

Qualifications

• PTS Certification required.
• Experience with UK rail projects or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of setting out and civil engineering on-site.
• Ability to develop and manage ITPs and AMPs.
• Excellent liaison with Principal Contractor and safety frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site civil engineering activities in West London.
• Ensure compliance with design specs, Network Rail standards and safety frameworks.
• Lead ITPs and AMPs development, implementation and sign-off.
• Perform material take-offs, procure requisitions, and track usage.
• Maintain technical documentation and QA records.
