Job summary

Greater Anglia is looking to fill future ATG Operator roles based at Ipswich Station. You will join our Customer Service team and, if selected, be placed in our Talent Bank for up to six months, with potential for a permanent position.

This role is shift-based, averaging 35 hours per week, with early starts and late finishes, weekends and bank holidays. Full training and uniform will be provided.

Qualifications

• Relevant customer service experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and stay composed in busy environments.
• Commitment to safety and passenger service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Gateline operation and provide information to customers.
• Maintain gate safety, tidiness, and efficiency.
• Help prevent ticketless travel and report issues promptly.
• Support mobility and visually impaired customers as needed.
