Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a senior Radar Sector Chief Systems Engineer to provide independent Systems Engineering oversight across radar programmes with global reach. You will guide technical coherence, governance of projects, and drive modern SE practices while mentoring future Chief Systems Engineers.

You will act as the focal point for SE strategy, modelling, and architecture decisions, collaborating with Sector Chief Engineers, Project Engineering Management and Capability leaders to advance

Qualifications

• Lead and govern Systems Engineering across radar programmes.
• Drive architecture decisions and lifecycle governance across sectors.
• Influence senior leaders with measurable improvements in SE capability.
