Arena Racing Company is seeking a passionate Business Coordinator at Ffos Las Racecourse in Wales. This 6-month fixed-term contract involves coordinating site-based commercial activity, liaising with the regional sales hub and delivery team, and managing client communications to ensure smooth delivery of racing and non-racing packages.

The role requires confidence, organization, and the ability to work under pressure, with 24 hours per week offered at up to £13.65 per hour.

Formación

• Confident, organised and able to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with the regional sales hub, delivery team and clients as the site-based contact for commercial racing and non-racing packages.
• Coordinate show-rounds and non-central suppliers with the General Manager for site-based commercial activity.
• Ensure site-specific collateral is available, presented professionally and updated in systems.
