Uttoxeter Racecourse is seeking a proactive Business Manager to drive sponsorship and hospitality sales across the site for racing and non-racing events. The Business Manager is responsible for driving commercial, sponsorship and proactive sales activity across the Racecourse for both racing and non-racing events. Working closely with the regional sales hub and Executive Director, the Business Manager will lead client relationships, coordinate delivery teams and local suppliers, support site-based sales activity and ensure seamless communication and service delivery. The role requires a confident, organised and commercially focused individual with strong attention to detail, excellent presentation skills and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
